Supplier consolidation
Multiple supplier orders received at the Shenzhen warehouse and reconciled against your shipment plan.
Solutions · Amazon FBA
Supplier consolidation, FNSKU labelling, carton and pallet compliance, customs, and appointment delivery into fulfilment centres. Amazon FBA shipping from China only counts as finished when the shipment is received — so that is where our workflow ends, not at the port.

What we handle
Most FBA problems are not freight problems. They are labelling, carton, classification, and appointment problems that surface too late to fix cheaply.
Multiple supplier orders received at the Shenzhen warehouse and reconciled against your shipment plan.
Labels applied, cartons built to Amazon's requirements, polybagging and bundling where the category needs it.
DDP or DAP, with classification and duty handled before the vessel arrives rather than after.
Drayage, pallet build, and the delivery appointment at the fulfilment centre on your plan.
Where FBA shipments fail
Labels, FNSKU mapping, and the shipment ID are reconciled before cargo leaves the prep floor, because fixing a mismatch after arrival is expensive and slow.
Missing product detail pauses a customs entry while the vessel is already in transit. Codes are settled before departure.
Cargo cleared but sitting at a port with no booked appointment is a storage bill. The appointment is priced into the plan from the start.
FBA intake checklist
A complete shipment plan is what prevents relabelling, surprise storage, and receiving delays. Five of these six are usually available before you place the purchase order.
| Input | Used for | State |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon shipment ID | Receiving appointment and carton map | Needed |
| SKU / FNSKU list | Label generation and carton audit | Needed |
| Carton dimensions and weight | Mode, chargeable weight, and pallet build | Needed |
| Commercial invoice | Customs entry and duty classification | Needed |
| Target fulfilment centre | Final-mile appointment and delivery cost | Critical |
| Prep requirements | Polybag, bubble wrap, bundles, or oversize rules | Review |
FBA workflow
Each stage has a named owner and a check before the next handoff, so labels, cartons, customs, and appointments do not become four separate conversations.
Multiple supplier orders are combined at the Shenzhen warehouse and carton counts reconciled against the plan.
FNSKU labels applied, compliant cartons built, the load photographed, and pallet dimensions confirmed.
DDP or DAP chosen, the document set filed, and duty and broker status kept visible while cargo is in transit.
Drayage, final-mile delivery, and the fulfilment centre appointment — rather than dropping the container at the port.
FAQ
Direct delivery, air against sea, DDP, consolidation, and rejected cartons.
Yes. We apply FNSKU labels, build Amazon-compliant cartons and pallets, and deliver direct to fulfilment centres against the appointment on your shipment plan. As an Amazon SPN-listed service provider, the prep workflow is audited against Amazon's receiving requirements, which is what keeps shipments from being turned away at the dock.
Sea for planned replenishment, air for launch stock and stockout recovery. Air runs roughly 4–8 days and sea 13–35 days depending on the coast, so the real question is what a stockout costs against the rate difference. Most sellers we work with run sea as the baseline with a small air top-up when the sales velocity moves faster than the ocean cadence.
Yes, where the product, importer arrangement, and destination qualify. It is a common choice for FBA because Amazon will not act as importer of record. We state the duty, tax, brokerage, and delivery responsibilities explicitly, so DDP into FBA is a decision you can price rather than a promise you have to trust.
Yes, and it usually saves more than the freight negotiation does. The Shenzhen warehouse receives cartons from multiple suppliers, checks counts against your purchase orders, applies labels, and consolidates against the final Amazon shipment plan — so you ship one consolidated container rather than several partial ones.
Prep photographs and the carton map are kept as part of the shipment record, so a dispute starts with evidence rather than recollection. We then coordinate the carrier and receiving response. The earlier a mismatch is identified — ideally on the prep floor in Shenzhen — the more options remain and the cheaper the fix.
