One agent owns the file
A bilingual freight agent stays with your shipment from first quote to final delivery, reachable on WeChat, email, and phone. No ticket queue, and no re-explaining the cargo to whoever picks it up next.
About the company
We are a China-based freight forwarder moving air, sea, rail, and express cargo from the Pearl River Delta to more than 200 countries. The operating model is deliberately old-fashioned: one named agent owns your shipment, the price is all-in, and the customs paperwork is prepared by the same team that booked the space.
How we work
Booking container space is the commodity part of freight forwarding — anyone can do it. The difference shows up in who answers when a sailing is blanked and whether the document that clears customs was prepared by someone who understands the cargo.
A bilingual freight agent stays with your shipment from first quote to final delivery, reachable on WeChat, email, and phone. No ticket queue, and no re-explaining the cargo to whoever picks it up next.
One number covering freight, fuel, origin charges, customs, and destination. What is excluded is stated at quote time rather than discovered on the invoice.
Classification, export filings, and entry documents are handled by our own team. When a filing deadline is tight, there is one place to look and one person accountable.
Licences & certifications
A row of logos proves very little. What matters is which of them changes how your shipment is handled — so each one below is paired with its practical consequence.
| Credential | What it is | What it means for your cargo |
|---|---|---|
| ISO 9001 | Quality management certification | Documented, audited process for handling and escalation |
| IATA Cargo Agent | Accredited air cargo agent | Direct air waybill issuance rather than routing through a third party |
| NVOCC | Non-vessel operating common carrier licence | We issue our own bills of lading on ocean freight |
| CIFA member | China International Freight Forwarders Association | Bound by the association's operating and dispute framework |
| C-TPAT | Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism | Supply-chain security programme recognised by US CBP |
| Amazon SPN | Amazon Service Provider Network listing | FBA prep workflow audited against Amazon's receiving requirements |
Where we operate
Most of our volume originates in the Pearl River Delta, which is where the warehouse, the consolidation capacity, and the supplier pickup network sit. Coverage beyond that is honest about where we file entries ourselves and where we work with a broker.
| Origin clusters | Shenzhen (Yantian, Shekou, Huaqiangbei), Guangzhou, Dongguan, Foshan, Ningbo, Shanghai, Qingdao, and the inland rail hubs at Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing, and Zhengzhou |
| Ocean gateways | Weekly FCL and LCL sailings to North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, the Middle East, and Latin America |
| Air gateways | Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, with Hong Kong routing where carrier capacity or dangerous-goods acceptance requires it |
| Customs | Export clearance in China handled internally; destination entry filed by us where we hold the capability, otherwise passed to a coordinated broker with a complete document set |
Who we work with
Solar programmes, machinery, and automotive parts where the freight has to arrive in the order the site or the line consumes it. The work is loading plans, out-of-gauge routing, and phased delivery windows.
Amazon FBA and e-commerce inventory where a stockout costs more than the freight line. The work is supplier consolidation, FNSKU prep, landed-cost certainty, and hitting the receiving appointment.
Send the cargo, origin, destination, and the date it has to arrive. One agent replies with compared modes and an all-in rate within 24 hours.
