Cartons are collected from Huaqiangbei, a Dongguan factory, or a Suzhou plant, then counted, photographed, and re-packed where the outer carton will not survive the lane.

Book air or sea
Priority air for launch stock, consolidated sea for planned replenishment — with the transport declaration matched to what is actually in the box.

Customs & delivery

Do you ship electronics with built-in lithium batteries?
Yes, once the profile is confirmed. Send the chemistry, watt-hour rating, cell count, and whether the battery is installed in the device, packed alongside it, or shipping standalone — that relationship changes the declaration, the packing, and which carriers will accept the shipment. We review it before quoting rather than discovering it at the airport.
Is air or sea freight better for electronics from China?
It depends on value density and the date the stock has to sell. High-value, low-volume electronics often absorb air freight comfortably, and a missed launch window usually costs more than the rate difference. Bulky, lower-margin items normally belong on a consolidated ocean booking. We price both against your target date instead of defaulting to one.
Which cities do you collect electronics cargo from?
Shenzhen — including same-day pickup around the Huaqiangbei component market — plus Dongguan, Guangzhou, and Suzhou. Multiple supplier pickups can be combined into a single consolidated booking at the Shenzhen warehouse.
How is chargeable weight calculated for electronics shipments?
Carriers bill the greater of actual gross weight and volumetric weight, and the volumetric divisor differs between air and express services. Light, bulky electronics almost always price on volume, so we recalculate from your real carton dimensions at intake and show which figure the quote is built on.
Can you consolidate several electronics suppliers into one shipment?
Yes. The Shenzhen warehouse receives cartons from multiple suppliers, reconciles counts against your purchase orders, applies labels, and consolidates into one booking with a single commercial invoice and per-SKU HS mapping.
